I purchased a 2026 Grand Cherokee, initially worked with - gfheras

I purchased a 2026 Grand Cherokee, initially worked with Jasmine then Tristan who both were respectful and very helpful in my selection. Sosa also filled in support of a test drive of the actual vehicle I purchased. The customer facing team on the dealer floor works cohesively together that built a positive customer experience for me. I recommend any interested car, SUV or truck shopper to visit this dealer.

This dealership sold us a lemon, and when I tried to get - furrellpe

This dealership sold us a lemon, and when I tried to get SAFETY issues fixed, IE a broken radiator they want to make me pay. This was within 30 days of purchase. They also sold a deleted truck, I specifically asked the salesman if it had been deleted, because I wanted to go prospect in California. Now, because its deleted and smokes, I cant. They say a "thorough" inspection when they talk to you, In reality, they barely look. If they didnt notice the leak, and the missing DPF filter, they are either willfully ignoring things or blind. They also failed to provide a spare tire, a serious safety issue!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. - Keith97freeman

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Juan was so easy to work with and never pushed what so ever. He knew every feature of the car and wanted to make sure we were happy start to finish. Matt in finance made literal magic happen. I got a brand new car without having a 800 credit score with a reasonable interest rate and ZERO down. I wish every car purchase went this smoothly. It literally took an hour at most and we were on the road. Buying your car from Auto Ranch is worth the drive. It really really is.
