I figured out the scam...luckilly before I flew there. So they have all these great prices posted online to suck you in. The salesperson I first dealt with is Kyle (very nice) then got to talk to Monte wh So they have all these great prices posted online to suck you in. Anyway, they will allow you to submit your financial information on the computer but will not quote you any rates or preapprove. Say "they can't run your credit until you get there". Not wanting to mess with this, I went to my credit union got preapproved and called them to get a copy of the deal sheet. Now the price went way up because I was not using their financing, ends up they are the same as everyone else with more scam. They also said after a year, you could transfer to my own financing; i would only be locked in for a year. Don’t want to travel to Idaho to figure out that I’m stuck for a year at 20% interest rate or something. Funny this "detail" is not disclosed anywhere on their advertised prices. They have a long list of things you need to know before you buy, but somehow they don’t let you know about this unless you really dig and ask a bunch of questions. These guys suck, avoid the scam if you are thinking of traveling from very far. Good luck. More

Unprofessional and clearly unethical: get me out there, then start price gouging, figuring I'll have no choice but to accept a higher amount. And be ready for a $300 VIN etching fee which mysteriousy isn't mentioned on the website. I can get that done free. Improperly installed my oil plug, leaked all over my garage. They fixed it but the next oil change I brought to Einsteins and they noticed the plug threads were cross threaded(They showed it to me). I thought I'd get a great priced Jeep and have it shipped back to Ohio. The Salesperson Ron was friendly. Paid him $1000 over the phone for deposit. Then the waiting started. See, once this place has your money they no longer care about you. I called RC the manager and he was VERY RUDE and did not care about the concerns of an out-of-state customer, only himself. In fact RC did not return a single one of my calls. The finance manager called me though and definitely tried to sell me every last bit of financing xx they had which I told him repeatedly I did not need. They sat on their hands for four days before sending me the purchase paperwork. I overnighted it back on my own dime and wired the full payment amount same day. Then they sat around for SIX MORE DAYS before sending out the final papers which was simply a bill of sale and an Idaho temp tag. The vehicle has arrived and I can't title it or drive it. I have nothing. Ohio won't touch this without the proper paperwork. DO NOT buy from Dennis Dillon. They DO NOT CARE about you and will not treat you - the customer paying them tens of thousands - with any priority whatsoever. If RC somehow still has a job when you deal with them I'd be both surprised and disappointed. This dealership is run by xxxxxxxx. More
