They are jerks!!!!!! We went to Dennis Dillon to purchase our daughter a car after hers was totaled in an accident the salesman was great very nice insured us that there w We went to Dennis Dillon to purchase our daughter a car after hers was totaled in an accident the salesman was great very nice insured us that there was a large inspection done on all of their used cars needless to say 2 to 3 weeks after we purchased the car we noticed the transmission slipping in it which we were told was a recall item. So I made an appointment with them to get it fixed when I walked in and the gentleman said to me at the service counter I sure hope this falls under your warranty and your deductible only be $201 after I told him it was a recall item he said well then why are you here you should be at the dealer Kendall Ford for a recall so he sent me over there where I had to make another appointment and take another day off of work I also told them a couple days after that that the car was making a big clunk noise and the gentleman in formed me to take care of the recall first! We did and asked again about the clunk. I was told when you take the car back to Kendall Ford have them look at it and let me know. I did and the service guy said that the strut was not covered. The service guy at Kendall said just talk to Dennis Dillon and you just bought the car they should help you out but wait for it........Not! They were very rude and the service manager said he talked to the manager of the Dealership and he said no! I asked to speed to him"Sam" and was told basically not his problem he's not paying to fix a car I bought used ( mind you i started this and notified them 3weeks into owning the car) if it's one day or three months. His words. He said if he fixed every used car he sold it would never end so he said " its not coming out of my pocket it's coming out of yours"!WOW!!! Great customer service right!? DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR. We learned a very hard lesson my daughter just wants to get rid of the car after this experience we informed her not every car dealership is this way! More

Terrible salespeople. I've tried several times to get information about the advertised cars that I saw on their website. Debbie Youngberg is totally unresponsive to requests. They act like they really don't care if they sell cars or not. I'm very disappointed with the communication. Reading the other reviews, it seems like it's hit or miss on if you are going to get someone to help you or not. My experience has been bad. I tried to talk to the sales manager or owner, and no one returns my calls. They seem very unprofessional. I'm surprised that they get any business at all with their poor attitudes. More

I was skeptical that the deal we worked out was too good to be true, zack assured me if I came out it nothing old change, despite the scare tactics of local dealers in my area who could not match his pricing. The deal was exactly as promised upon arrival, he even picked my wife and I up at the airport! I would highly recommend making the trip to Dennis Dillion, be sure to ask for Zack. More
