I am lowering my Service rating for multiple reasons. I see many Delray Genesis replies and some say to please reach out to me. I have had the service desk tell me they would give this written message directly to Wes. The only listed numbers are to Sales or service. I haven't found any contact information online or in this non-working dealership's website that would give me any other contact information. I found the Service Manager Matthew Martinezname with out any way to get in touch. My verified appointment the day prior with a loaner for my Genesis didn't happen. My GV70’s first service had an oil change, tires rotated and my paid for wiper blades replacement was done? The other items I requested to be added for service even if there wasn't time for them to be completed were not on the service sheet handed to me when I picked up my car. My Genesis App is telling me that I need to schedule service immediately. My car is telling me I need my next service in 1,700 miles. Neither my car nor the app shows I've ever had any service. Looking up my vehicle history, shows just the purchase date entry. I was told that my vehicle has 2 recalls but this is not mentioned on my service recite. I would love to hear from the Service Manager, Matthew Martinez or anyone. More
Upon driving in Jason brought us inside to introduce us to our Service Advisor. Wes asked us into his office when he was finished with his phone call. Service was very busy so I would need to make a future appointment for an in-depth analysis of the item needing to be investigated. Wes was easy to work with. My complaint is that when I made this appointment in late August I requested a loaner. On November 11 I called to confirm my appointment with a loaner car. On November 12th after approving the service the dealership had no cars for me. How did this happen since I checked the day before that all was listed? Wes came thru and provided a ride to my home and to get back to the dealership. Wes also put a rush in so that my vehicle would be completed this same day. This was my first experience with this dealership‘s Service. For having a problem arise with the Service Room packed with people, Wes did a good job of taking care of my situation. I'm going back when my vehicle needs service and I will request Wes. More
The Management needs to listen to their customers and fix the obvious problems with their service department . Two to theee weeks to get an appointment for service, person that answers the phone for service the obvious problems with their service department . You need more employees like him. I will never buy another car from this dealership due to three years of no improvement but I will buy another Genesis from another dealership. More

My paperwork was prepared quickly, and the finance process was stress free. Their team worked hard and succeeded in getting me to the payment that was vital to my decision to buy. What a dismissal experience! Service is a misnomer and laughable. A/C broken for second time on GV70. Informed too many Genesis in for air conditioning service that there is no way to inform us how much longer the car will be unattended. Genesis dropped GPS service now insisting updates that would allow GPS to function must be purchased at our expense from a outside vendor. We made an error in purchasing a Genesis. As soon as reasonable will dump this for the MB we should have purchased. More

Very clever phone system that filters almost every call making it imposable to speak with management. They have taken a somewhat pleasant buying experience (except for the idiot F&I guy) who we told we were paying cash and did not want to listen to any of the add on's he was trying to sell. to a poor experience. Next stop is Genesis North America.. . More
