My wonderful Sales Professional, Sammy Hadid, and the team at Delray Genesis have exceeded my expectations. After looking at different dealerships and seeking different types of vehicles, I decided to ch team at Delray Genesis have exceeded my expectations. After looking at different dealerships and seeking different types of vehicles, I decided to check out the Genesis lineup at Delray Genesis. I wasn’t familiar with the the Genesis brand, and was really just including it Genesis on a whim. Wow. From the moment Sammy Hadid welcomed me, I was impressed with his professionalism and his demeanor. I could tell he was paying attention to my objectives and yet I didn’t feel like I was just another target. My husband was with me and, as a Sales Professional also, agreed with my impression. When Sammy showed us the inventory, I was delighted and pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish of the vehicles and the luxe offerings of the Genesis brand. I had done plenty of research on other vehicles and brands; nothing came close to Genesis. Sammy, a good-natured and professional gentleman was also THE person I wanted to be my Sales Professional. I have had my Genesis vehicle for two weeks now. I continue to be impressed with the luxury and performance of my new SUV. I also remain delighted with Sammy Hadid - he has communicated and reached out to me several times (not too much, but enough to make me feel that he genuinely appreciates my business) to see if I have any questions or need assistance. The Delray Genesis team in general is extremely organized. The vehicles sell themselves, but the team is well-staffed and prioritizes customer-service. The Genesis website and app is excellent and user friendly. I could t be happier. More
