Was told parts would be in the 18th and they would call me. No call yet. This will be the 4th time I bring my truck in to have the same problem fixed. Been doing this since November. So no, not real happy me. No call yet. This will be the 4th time I bring my truck in to have the same problem fixed. Been doing this since November. So no, not real happy with service. Bought this truck new from you guys. Probably won’t buy another one from Dellen. More

Service department is always quick to diagnose and fix any problems. Most recent issue, I stopped in due to engine light coming on. The service department received my vehicle right in and then dropped me at a local lunch spot while the task was being performed. I picked the Jeep up shortly thereafter with the service completed as expe then dropped me at a local lunch spot while the task was being performed. I picked the Jeep up shortly thereafter with the service completed as expected and promised. The staff was very willing and eager to assist with my needs! Well done! More
