I purchased a Rear Window for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler because the rear defrost didn't work. While still under warranty of the new rear window. I took it back to Dellen because it to had never worked. I was told after I dropped off my vehicle and lost a day of having a vehicle that they could replace the rear window again but it will have the same issues as the one they installed. I think that I should have a refund for the money spent on replacing a window that will not work effectively. I have not yet heard back from Dellen Service about this window that still does not work. I think they should have offer me a full refund instead of telling me that another window will not work. I have been coming to Dellen for decades.....
