Staff was nice enough - check engine light was still on after my oil change and service. My auto floorboards were turned off somehow and I don’t know how turn them back on. The worst part however was the last time I came, I bought a deal that included 2 oil changes. Apparently there was an expiration date on the future one I bought (which I should have realized). But unfortunately I didn’t and the next time I came in for an oil change, it had expired by 2 months. I get why the wouldn’t honor it - but it was frustrating to have paid for a future oil change and then be told they wouldn’t take it. Regardless - I get some of this is on me, but I didn’t feel very cared for through the process and don’t plan to keep my business here! More
