When we dropped the vehicle off there were at least 5 people at the counter - no one acknowledged me. Finally, I went to cashier (2) she was very short and said I needed to see the person "down there". T people at the counter - no one acknowledged me. John was very nice to work with. My daughter bought a vehicle off John and before she could get it registered, someone crashed into her and totaled that vehicle. She picked out another vehicle and John worked with us around the insurance company by holding the vehicle for us until the first vehicle was paid off by the insurance company and communicated with us every day to offer assistance.
