First time I drove my car after this oil change I’m getting a low oil light. I’m afraid that they forgot to put the oil back in my car or didn’t put enough. Vehicle was towed to the shop, and I had stopped by the same day, and was told that it would taken care the following day or the day after that. But it was not looked at for nine days. This was after two or three phone calls asking for status. I understand there can be unfortunate circumstances where people are sick or whatever, but I would also like to think that if you knew the mechanic that you had scheduled to work on the vehicle was out, that it would be assigned to different mechanic. I would not let it drag out over a week. I have my corvettes worked on at another dealer because they were highly recommended by other Corvette owners, but had the maintenance on my other vehicles performed by you, but this is the second time I have had a problem with getting my vehicle looked at in your dealership. I’m probably going to have all of my other vehicles serviced at the dealership that does the Corvette work, even though it is farther away from the house. More
