Did battery replacement on Canyon that had 39000 miles on it. Too bad warranty went off just 3000 miles ago, Dealership did a good job accomidating us. I am very displeased with my experience in the Dellen Parts Department. I ordered a part for my GMC reverse light. The parts worker Zach Guzman, was rude, unprofessional all 3 times I had to deal with Parts Department. I ordered a part for my GMC reverse light. The parts worker Zach Guzman, was rude, unprofessional all 3 times I had to deal with him. I showed him a picture of my missing rear reverse light. He said he would call me once received. He failed to do so! I went to pick it up, he was again rude, demanded I return to old part. This was in front of another parts person sitting at the table. I left pissed! I got the part to replace it he had ordered the incorrect part. I returned, he snatched my receipt, didn't apologize for his error and reordered the correct part. He did call me as promised when it was received. Upon, pickup, rude again, didn't thank for for my inconvenience put the box on the desk and turned around. This person is a horrible representative of this dealership. I bought one vehicle from Dellen (Matt) and service 3 GM's at Dellen! More
