Was fine. Brought in a key fob they programmed for $70.00 plus 7+ in “shop fees” whatever that is, since I supplied the part. But whatever, 1/2hr later got the fob and unlocks and locks doors. Remote start didn’t work (which would’ve been nice if they checked it all out first) other than that. Friendly enough, even when telling me a couple of time we are not responsible for anything, and you’ll have to pay anyway, which I understand. I am curious if I’d bought the fob through Dellen if anything would’ve have been different. My guess is probably not. Either way job done, car given away to a nice family in need. So successful I’d say **Side note** I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name the aided me in this so I checked both what I assume are males. as this survey wouldn’t allow continuing without checking someone. Great Service The straps that held gas tank rusted. Called for appointment and was scheduled next day. Was given a quote for estimated cost for repair. Several hours later I received a telephone call; my truck was ready. I was informed cost of repair was less then quoted by about $150.00; time took less time than expected. I have always had all my vechiles serviced at Dellen and this is why I keep coming back. Thank you More
Wont be back to this location Brought my car in to get a problem fixed with my car that should have been covered under warranty. I was told that the problem was not going to be cov Brought my car in to get a problem fixed with my car that should have been covered under warranty. I was told that the problem was not going to be covered under my warranty and I asked why. I was given some weird reasoning that just didn't make sense. My S/O called to try and under stand why it wasn't going to be covered and the tech got rude/defensive stating that it wasn't under warranty and that even IF he ran it through warranty that he would just get a kick back that it was declined. When asking to speak to a supervisor/manager we were told we couldn't and that it wasn't covered. So he never even check in the first place to see if I was covered or not. So him we would not be having the repairs done there. He then told us that our door charge needed to be paid before close of business and to them pick the vehicle up after hours because we weren't allowed on the property. I picked my car up a few hours later, drive it to the next closest GM dealership and they called me to let me know the very next morning that my car was fixed and that IT WAS covered under my warranty. I am very disappointed that I will no longer be going to the location that is not only the closest and most convenient but also where I bought this car and have had 4 years of service and repairs done there. All my other immediate family members have bought their vehicles (8 vehicles for our family purchased at this location) here as well and have had their services done their and we will not be returning to this location again after this experience. The one positive to the whole thing is once I got in touch with the manager(Chuck) to this location he was very apologetic to what happened and made sure I got my door charge refunded back to me. More
Dellen takes care of Seniors Dellen called and told me maintenance was due. I said my wife and I cannot drive so scheduling would be difficult. Dellen called back and agreed to pick up and return my car in two days. At the exact time and day agreed to Dellen picked up my car, drove to shop and completed all maintenance then returned car in about 2 hours. Guess what!! No charge. Who could ask for anything more?
