Service department left oil cap off of my truck during a tire repair causing my truck to develop a shake. My truck had about 500 mi on it when the incident happened. Not only did they insinuate I removed th tire repair causing my truck to develop a shake. My truck had about 500 mi on it when the incident happened. Not only did they insinuate I removed the cap without admitting fault and apologizing, they’ve said they cannot find the cause of the shake and will not fix their mistake. More
