Well, educate me on the mark up on the bearing cost and the labor involved. I just can’t see it. Bearing and hub GM part 2 for $138 Labor 2 hours at the most You charged me $680

We price to the retail market for our Labor and Parts services, no different than any other franchised automotive dealership. The cost of our factory certified technician's time and expertise should not be undervalued. Your personal conversations with our Service Manager about the cost of repairs should have been sufficient for you to determine to proceed with the repairs or not. The public challenge of our pricing does not change the outcome of our repair estimates. If you feel the need to discuss this matter further, please contact our Service Manager, Toni, whom you can continue your original conversation with. We are sorry you felt the need to complain about your repair estimate, but we are confident in not only the pricing we offer but the value of service we provide.

But you didn’t explain the cost of the bearing All you did now was just a routine response The service to replace a bearing is No more than 2 hours Bearing 2 GM $138 2 hours labor. 200 Total. $338. Now educate me on your cost of $680 Other dealerships have great service departments and are cost efficient. As I am now telling my friends to Be award of what your dealership is doing. I may contact the owner. You just better justify my payment with a return check.
