Scott Bernard was very friendly & knowledgeable about the car I was looking to purchase and at no point did I feel pressured in to buying anything. I actually enjoyed a car buying experience for once! The car had a minor cosmetic issue and the team went out of their way to fix the problem, and ensure that I didn't miss a day of work. I really appreciated this level of service and look forward to doing business with this team in the future! I would highly recommend this dealer to friends & family. More
repairs on paperwork were not repaired on vehicle After purchasing my vehicle I noticed that my driver side strut or shock didn't Feel right. It actually felt like it was busted and needed replaceme After purchasing my vehicle I noticed that my driver side strut or shock didn't Feel right. It actually felt like it was busted and needed replacement, but on the paperwork it states that repairs on the front suspension where performed. So now I'm not enjoying my vehicle because it sounds like the strut or shock is busted & feels like it bouncing around a higher speeds over 65mph.I now half to wait for the dealership to have a rental available for me to drop off my vehicle to be repaired.....smh... Also the night I purchased my vehicle the cleaning of it was promised for the next day which I took the truck the next day & left it only to return to a truck that look like it was just ran through the car wash not completely detailed in and out like promised so I had to leave it again. So that would be 2 days I could not enjoy the truck I just purchased. I like Cadillac, but I wouldn't refer this dealership to anyone based off my first experience. More
Retracting trade value Staff was very friendly. Looked at a few cars had the trade in assessment completed. We left to go home and think about some options. Received a call Staff was very friendly. Received a call less than an hour later the trade in value bumped up a few thousand by the manager which was awsome. Went back a few days later to purchase our car based on numbers discussed that morning and our seller advised me the mangager was not honoring the the trade in price he said the other day. Salesman tried to work out numbers as best he could but nothing was close to what was originally offered. Manager never came out to speak with us. Just let us walk out the door. All of this with an hr drive to and from the dealer both times. Very upsetting that management would not try harder to accommodate after retracting money off a beautiful trade. Hats off to the rest of the staff who were friendly and helpful. More

Scott Bernard, the sales consultant that worked with me, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions regarding the car and insurance. The management and financing team, including John Danze and Jen Beamish were extremely accommodating with my financial needs and I feel like I got a great deal on a reliable and good-looking vehicle. My experience was great! I went to the dealership with a game plan. I had all the paper work for the finance company I thought was giving me the interest rate that I need. Aft I went to the dealership with a game plan. I had all the paper work for the finance company I thought was giving me the interest rate that I need. Even though I was unable to purchase the car of my desire, the one I did get a 2014 CTS with very low milage was more then satisfactory. I am still excited about my new Cadillac. The manager was pleasurable just a wonderful buying experience all around! More
