Excellent Customer Service On 12/30/16, I visited Delaware Cadillac to purchase a Cadillac SRX. Upon my arrival I had the opportunity to peruse the lot. Shortly after, I was app On 12/30/16, I visited Delaware Cadillac to purchase a Cadillac SRX. Upon my arrival I had the opportunity to peruse the lot. Shortly after, I was approached by sales consultant Scott Bernard. He allowed me to look at the vehicles I was interested in close up. I test drove the vehicle of my choice and was permitted to keep and test drive the vehicle for 24 hours. Mr. Scott Bernard made by buying experience very pleasurable. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He was patient and didn't seem to mind the many questions that I asked. I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or make any quick decisions. Ms. Jenn Beamish also provided excellent customer service. She thoroughly explained my finance options and did a great job securing me an excellent interest rate for my purchase. Mr. Carl Labarca was also friendly and offered great financial advice. I would highly recommend anyone to visit, if they are interested in purchasing a Cadillac. More

Fabulous 1st time experience I had researched the Cadillac XT5 on line and decided to go to Delaware Cadillac to further investigate. Mike Cassidy was my salesman and greeted me with open arms. He was so very knowledgeable, not only about the XT5, but all cars in general. I fell in love with the XT5 after a test drive and decided to make a deal. The "dealing process" was made comfortable not only working with Mike but Carl ,our sales manager, made this process easy and really stress free. Jen handled all the paper work and that too went very smooth. Mike, Carl and Jen all worked together to make buying my XT5 a fabulous experience. I feel very comfortable contacting any of these folks if I need anything pertaining to my XT5 in the future. Great dealership with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recent Purchase I came in to test drive the 2013 Cadillac SRX. I had an appointment and I was on my lunch break. Scott Bernard got the car ready quickly and I test dr I came in to test drive the 2013 Cadillac SRX. I had an appointment and I was on my lunch break. Scott Bernard got the car ready quickly and I test drove it and talked about finance options before I left to go back to work. When I got back to work I realized I left my cell phone at the dealership. I called Scott and he drove it right over to my work. Jen Beamish then called me later at work and went over the finance options. When I went back in to purchase the car, all the paperwork was ready and the car was fully cleaned and a full tank of gas. I was there under an hour. This dealership has a very efficient team working for them and I would highly recommend anyone to go there for their next purchase. More
