New "Home" found after a long trip! I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their website, and was supposed to be there on the lot per a prior phone call were either NOT there, or didn't look close to what the picture's on their website looked like. Disappointing! Then I spotted the car I was looking for on Delaware Cadillac's website. I called and spoke to Bob Dominick. I first asked him if the car was ACTUALLY ON THE LOT! I told him of my prior experiences and he wasn't surprised. From there we had a very friendly and lite hearted conversation about it and he went outside, in the cold to check personally to make sure it was there. It was and I made an appointment to see it. I was unable to make the initial appointment due to a family emergency and called Bob to let him know. He was very kind and wished me well in dealing with my family matter and said just give him a call when it was convenient to me. I did just that and then when I arrived at the dealership I met Mike Cassidy. First and foremost of importance to me is the relationship I have with my sales representative / specialist. I have to have confidence in their knowledge of the product, and feel they have a true interest in getting to know me and understand what I'm looking for. And I can tell you that's hard to find in the automotive sales industry today. But, I found just that in Mike Cassidy! I felt a true connection as soon as I met him. Now, I had a bit of a strange trip to finally get to the correct vehicle that fit my needs but that was not Mike's fault. But Mike was with me every step of the way with great support and guidance. Because of his true honesty and interest in my every need and concern I feel I have found more then just a new "Home" dealership to look forward to dealing with in the future, and most definitely will recommend to family and friend's, but also a good salesman I can call a friend. Someone to help guide me and other's I refer through the sometimes stressful process of finding and purchasing a new or used vehicle. Also, a shout out to Toni Spille in service. Her friendly personality and true concern to get my service needs addressed in a timely fashion was greatly appreciated since I live 2 1/2 hours away. If you are looking for a dealership with personnel who really seem interested in you and your vehicle needs then this just could be your new "home" also! More

Great Team at Cadillac of Delaware My wife wanted me to look at a vehicle listed on the website of Cadillac of Delaware on a Friday. So I went to the dealership to look and maybe do a test drive. I was greeted by Scott Bernard and he made the entire experience enjoyable. There was no high sales pressure sales tactics just conversation and test drive. After talking about what I was looking for we spoke about some numbers and I was able to take the ride home for the night. The next day and about an hour the vehicle was ours to take home. Scott did a wonderful job the entire way through and the handoff to the Finance manager Jen Beamish was very smooth. I recommend that you go to this dealership if for nothing else the experience but I'm sure you will end making a purchase. More

9.5 satisfied with service I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap mi I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap missing on my rear driver side wheel. I called and asked had it been forgotten to be replaced back on or had it been found. The service advisor called to say they checked the video and indeed all my centre caps where on my wheels yet they could not take responsibility because they didn't remove or rotate my tires. I then asked if that was part of the oil change the advisor replied yes but didn't rotate my tires as the tread looked even on all four tires. So I was disappointed to say the least... More

We just picked up our third Cadillac and the experience was superb. Harry Hoyt has been our salesman for each car and he is truly very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and a pleasure to work with. Our experience with the finances (Jen) has always been very well organized and administered in a very timely manner. We decided on a pinstripe this time and the manager (John) was able to have it done the same day. What service! Talk about service...that's another great aspect of this dealership. Walter is my contact and he has always been very courteous and would get me a shuttle back and forth to my work at a convenient time for me. The work was always done well. I even had to use the roadside service once. The service provider was there within the hour and fixed my problem quickly. No worries when you use this dealership. Delaware Cadillac is very customer focused and is highly recommended. More
