So I went to the dealership to look and maybe do a test drive. I was greeted by Scott Bernard and he made the entire experience enjoyable. There was no high sales pressure sales tactics just conversation and test drive. After talking about what I was looking for we spoke about some numbers and I was able to take the ride home for the night. The next day and about an hour the vehicle was ours to take home. Scott did a wonderful job the entire way through and the handoff to the Finance manager Jen Beamish was very smooth. I recommend that you go to this dealership if for nothing else the experience but I'm sure you will end making a purchase. More

9.5 satisfied with service I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap mi I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap missing on my rear driver side wheel. I called and asked had it been forgotten to be replaced back on or had it been found. The service advisor called to say they checked the video and indeed all my centre caps where on my wheels yet they could not take responsibility because they didn't remove or rotate my tires. I then asked if that was part of the oil change the advisor replied yes but didn't rotate my tires as the tread looked even on all four tires. So I was disappointed to say the least... More

We just picked up our third Cadillac and the experience was superb. Harry Hoyt has been our salesman for each car and he is truly very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and a pleasure to work with. Our experience with the finances (Jen) has always been very well organized and administered in a very timely manner. We decided on a pinstripe this time and the manager (John) was able to have it done the same day. What service! Talk about service...that's another great aspect of this dealership. Walter is my contact and he has always been very courteous and would get me a shuttle back and forth to my work at a convenient time for me. The work was always done well. I even had to use the roadside service once. The service provider was there within the hour and fixed my problem quickly. No worries when you use this dealership. Delaware Cadillac is very customer focused and is highly recommended. More

Shortly after, I was approached by sales consultant Scott Bernard. He allowed me to look at the vehicles I was interested in close up. I test drove the vehicle of my choice and was permitted to keep and test drive the vehicle for 24 hours. Mr. Scott Bernard made by buying experience very pleasurable. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He was patient and didn't seem to mind the many questions that I asked. I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or make any quick decisions. Ms. Jenn Beamish also provided excellent customer service. She thoroughly explained my finance options and did a great job securing me an excellent interest rate for my purchase. Mr. Carl Labarca was also friendly and offered great financial advice. Fabulous 1st time experience I had researched the Cadillac XT5 on line and decided to go to Delaware Cadillac to further investigate. I fell in love with the XT5 after a test drive and decided to make a deal. The "dealing process" was made comfortable not only working with Mike but Carl ,our sales manager, made this process easy and really stress free. Jen handled all the paper work and that too went very smooth. Mike, Carl and Jen all worked together to make buying my XT5 a fabulous experience. Recent Purchase I came in to test drive the 2013 Cadillac SRX. I had an appointment and I was on my lunch break. When I got back to work I realized I left my cell phone at the dealership. I called Scott and he drove it right over to my work. Jen Beamish then called me later at work and went over the finance options. When I went back in to purchase the car, all the paperwork was ready and the car was fully cleaned and a full tank of gas. I was there under an hour. This dealership has a very efficient team working for them and I would highly recommend anyone to go there for their next purchase. More
