Honest and great experience I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia M I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia Metro area. My wife and I took the ride from South Philly to see if we could make a deal on a CTS. Our situation was that we were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle unless it made sense. We worked with Mike Cassidy and explained our situation and price range we were comfortable with. Mike understood our goal and we looked at some options and test drove a few cars. This was the first test drive I had that took around 10 to 15 minutes and really gave me an idea of how the car drives. Mike and the finance department worked to get the price down for us. We were still above where we were comfortable with then Mike explained we could refinance the CTS that was slightly above our budget by getting my credit score a little higher. I never gave much thought to refinance a car loan but with his advice and knowledge of the auto industry that is exactly what I will do within the first year of owning this beautiful CTS. Also my wife has never really been a Cadillac person but our experience with Mike and Delaware Cadillac has really put Cadillac on her radar thanks to Mike Cassidy .......... Thank You Mike !!!!! My New Purchase I had been looking at the Cadillac SRX for over a year. I had even gone as far as pricing it's tires and battery, which is a normal purchase when you I had been looking at the Cadillac SRX for over a year. The prices of these items seemed to be affordable, which actually made me want the vehicle even more. I decided to stop by this particular dealership, which is close to my house and was greeted as I walked through the parking lot. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and it felt great about the purchase. I scheduled an appointment to come back and upon my return, I was approved and the vehicle was ready for purchase. I was hesitant at first but Scott made it easy for me to decide on the purchase. He's a very professional salesman and had even provided additional assistance with trying to get a lower rate for insurance. The financial portion also went very smooth. Jen was also very courteous and professional and everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Delaware Cadillac for future purchases. More

Even tho the car was not a Cadillac, Scott was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. We got back to the office and was able to work out a deal without any back and forth, it was a no pressure environment. Once that was done, Jen Beamish went over all the financials and paperwork in a timely fashion and we were on our way with our new vehicle.
