The worst business transaction I have ever experienced Traded in a 2105 ESUV with 40k miles on it after it dropped a lifter with 36,000 miles on it, 2 weeks to repair, then two weeks later right side oil p Traded in a 2105 ESUV with 40k miles on it after it dropped a lifter with 36,000 miles on it, 2 weeks to repair, then two weeks later right side oil pump siezed, (2 weeks to repair and damage to block). Finally whole AC system had to be replaced 1 week later., No communication from service department had to call weekly only to find out the "part " was on backorder 4 weeks later. I did find the condenser at the Cadillac dealer in West Chester with 1 phone call and 5 minutes, unfortunatley they did not want to purchase the condenser from another dealer. Why? Decided to cut my losses with the 2015 ESUV and trade on a new 2107 ESUV Cadillac... a big mistake. After speaking with salesman giving the stock number and color of the truck we selected we drive to dealer only find that they had prepped the wrong stock number. Come back several hours later, pay for the " right" truck get 2 miles down the road... truck is on dead empty no fuel in it. Fast forward to 8 weeks later temp tag is set to expire in 5 days, speak with sales mgr assuring me that another temp tag will be ready. Get to dealership and get the run around that everyone is in a meeting and we cant help you? I called the general mgr John Danze 5 times ... never got a return phone call. Finally get the temp tag, they suggested that tags not being in was as a result of not having a copy of a DL? Curious fact is they have all those docs on file as we have had loaner cars while our truck was in the dealership for 8 weeks. In closing, we can all make mistakes but that many xxxxx dropped in one transaction? Management is non exsistent non responsive, customer service horrible. Run from this dealer!!!!, spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else! More

Scott Berbard listened to my requests and patiently waited as I was finalizing my decision to purchase an ATS. I appreciated his polite reminders and emails in which he indicated his availability and also showcased the variety of cars that the dealership offered. When the time for the sale came, Mr. Bernard was a true professional who was attentive and collaborated with me throughout the process. At all times I had no doubt that he was invested in my well being and listened to my needs as I was navigating across the plethora of choices.
