They contacted me with plenty of time to make the lease end decisions and to select a new vehicle. They worked closely with my wife and I regarding the pricing and even went so far as to beat another deal that was offered to us to keep the pricing in our budget.. They were thorough in explaining the features of the new vehicle including the vehicle service plan. A tour of the facility was conducted which included refreshments and very polite treatment of my wife. They went out of their way to make it a pleasurable, painless experience. All in all it was. These men are a credit to the dealership they serve. Highly recommend Delaware Cadillac to any prospective buyers. More

The staff to include Lee , John, and Mike in Sales were beyond nice people, you could tell this was like one big family making me feel totally at ease just hanging out. So I bought a car while not planning to do so and I absolutely love my Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac. The follow up from Mike was incredible - he set up my complimentary Sirius and On-Star saving me the hassle and constantly in a good way followed up on my satisfaction. If you want a stress free buying experience I highly recommend this team - they have Subaru and KIA also which seemed equally as friendly. More
Very Poor customer service. My car was totaled last week. I have been looking for a Cadillac SUV. I went on your website and found one that I like. The next morning I received a call from the dealer, telling me that they receive my message. They told me to make an appointment. I told them I get off work at 4;00 and that I will be there at 5:00. They told me my appointment will be with John Danze. When my husband and I got there, I ask to speak with John I was told he was inside with another customer. So we look and look around. Another man Tony I think that was his name try to help us. As we were looking we saw another couple drive away with the SUV, I said is that the SUV that I was inquiring about last night? Tony said I don't know let me check. He then said yes I think that is it. After me test driving the SUV, the other couple made the deal. John Danz never acknowledge the fact that we were even there. What the point with making the appointment. I will look for a Cadillac SUV elsewhere. Very unprofessional and poor customer service... More
