Scott was so patient and professional as we took our time Checking all the details on each and every vehicle we wanted to see. We did not purchase that day because we had not yet found the perfect vehicle for us.. It had been many years since we purchased a newer vehicle and wanted to make sure it had everything we wanted. Scott knew exactly what we were looking for and told us he would let us know if he had anything come in.. I was online everyday looking because I was so excited about purchasing a Cadillac! We had bought a used one years before and absolutely loved it! I saw an SUV that was online and called Scott.. He said they had just gotten it in and had not yet certified it or detailed it but we could come see it. We did and absolutely loved it. There were a few things on the vehicle that we wanted to make sure would be taken care of and Scott assured us it would. He and his manager John Danze did everything they possibly could to make sure we were happy and satisfied with every detail of the purchase of the SUV. When we came to have final look at it before signing papers, We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they had done everything we had asked.
