Mr Danze accepted my out of state offer on a Wednesday. When I contacted him to lock in the deal, since I was about to bank wire transfer over $20,000 and hire a shipper to pick up the car, he said they don't accept out of state deposits. Then I asked him to simply give me their bank info and I'll transfer the full amount to seal the deal. A few hours later he claimed that someone was driving up from out of state on Saturday and agree to pay full price and finance so it's first come first served. So I said "I'm the first offer you accepted and I'm ready to pay now, first come, first served". Then the excuses started. "I don't have the bank info, the CFO is out of town". Mr. Danze is supposedly the general sales manager but he doesn't have access to the bank info???!!! Then he tells me as soon as the CFO is back in the office, he'll email me the info. I go through the hassle of moving money to one account so I can bank wire transfer the money asap. He stalls me another day, (to Saturday of course) and then emails me and claims someone local walked in and bought the car. Unbelievable. You would think that this slimy, duplicitous, double dealing by used car salesman would be a thing of the past by 2019. But apparently it's alive and well at Autoteam Delaware and Delaware Suburu. I guess the real problem was; they somehow acquired a used Mercedes Benz SL550. Consequently it was probably the first time anyone actually sought their dealership out, and couldn't handle it. They should stick to Suburus. More

Scott Bernard showed me cars I was interested in, told me about them, took me on a test drive, had my trade-in evaluated and had me a quote within one hour. Scott e-mailed me the next day to see if I had any questions and checked to see if we could meet. When we met Scott Bernard, Carl LABARCA, and John DANZE came up with a deal that worked for me and them. Everyone was always professional and not pushy. In less than 1 hour I had a good deal and all the paper work was complete. Also, I normally hate doing the paper work which had taken up to 30 minutes in the past. David Stanton completed everything in about 5 minutes. This made my total experience outstanding. More
