Customer service D- My vehicle is fantastic. What sucks is the customer service. Consistent lies told. I brought a brand new SUV, when the car was cleaned it had dust on My vehicle is fantastic. Not sure why a brand new vehicle tires are ashy looking, wasnt given any car washes with this brand new purchase at this location, if you buy in Pa you are given almost 5. And the other dealers not luxury give free car washes to used car purchases..imagine that. I also had to put my own tag on my car not a big deal to some but it is to me ..luxury not the service is worse than a buy here pay here lot. They only care about the sell once its sold they dont give a xxxx about you at all. They dont return calls either they will ignore you and never respond I suggest for anyone to buy in Pa skip this place. and if your forced to go here they need to be supervised with what ever they doing..dont believe it. And watch who they cater to. And the person that referred me still hasnt gotten the referral money they are supposed to receive . My biggest problem is that this place should not.be.giving average or below average service. It should be unacceptable. They need to learn how to exceptional service.. Disappointed More
