My wife was recently in a car wreck and had to get a new replacement. My wife was adamant on getting the same car she had because she felt confident in its safety, especially after the wreck. We live in Oklahoma and due to the current shortage of vehicles we had to expand our search outside the state. I found the perfect car at this dealership in Wilmington, DE. I called them and was introduced to Michael Cassidy to help us. I have never bought a vehicle out of state before "sight unseen". From the beginning Michael was very understanding and helpful with our unique situation. I asked if he would take the car for a test drive on my behalf and to give me his opinion. He was very detailed about the car and helped me gain confidence in the purchase. The process was a little rocky dealing with insurance but Mike was patient and did all he could to make sure we got THAT vehicle. This was by far the best experience with a salesman and dealership I have ever had. My number one critique with any business I deal with is communication. This was the best quality of this business. Scott was amazing, offered drinks/snacks throughout my visit and made sure I was comfortable. The car was only missing one thing that I wanted and he told me that I could always order it and add it to the visit and made sure I was comfortable. The dealership is very clean and professional, I like that the owner thanks you at the end I haven’t gotten that service anywhere else. The lot was very small on space so outside was crowded but it wasn’t an issue. The sales department did not disappoint! Also I’ve looked all over Delaware and they had the BEST deals in the state.
