I would like to take this opportunity to express how good my experience was with Delaware Cadillac in whole and my salesman Mike Cassidy. Mike went above and beyond for me while I was looking for a vehicle. my experience was with Delaware Cadillac in whole and my salesman Mike Cassidy. Mike went above and beyond for me while I was looking for a vehicle. The first visit he was very helpful and tried his very best to get to the payment that I needed. We almost got there. In between that visit and the next visit he kept in contact with me via email, sending me information on vehicles he thought I might be interested in. I went back in to look at some he had sent me and I found my vehicle! I am at the payment I wanted and I love my vehicle. I would recommend Mike Cassidy as a salesman to anyone. Even the finance manager was exceptional. Even the other salesmen and employees were nice and would greet you as you walked by. Had a great experience with Bill DeRicco, Lou Ciccalello, Dave Stanton and Harry Boyer on an XT4 purchase. Scheduled an extended test drive and they had the paperwork ready when I returned.
