Don’t go there. I was over charged for a wheel bearing on my 2016 srx Cadillac $680.00. First it was 500 part and 250 labor than they settled for 680.00 If found I was over charged for a wheel bearing on my 2016 srx Cadillac $680.00. Worst service I have ever encountered. Cadillac XLR was dropped off on multiple occasions and dealership didn't fix the door sensor for the key FOB, black sponge tar coming out of the AC o Cadillac XLR was dropped off on multiple occasions and dealership didn't fix the door sensor for the key FOB, black sponge tar coming out of the AC or even bother to try and tighten the retractable top so it wouldn't squeak. Just washed their hands of all the problems with the excuse that Cadillac doesn't make parts for the XLR so we can't help. Two of these items just needed an A/C filter and vent cleaning and as far as the top is concerned they wouldn't do anything. Worthless service. More
