They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond, and have always treated us with such care. When our son was diagnosed with a chronic form of Leukemia we ran into one problem to the next. Needless to say my husband and I were incredibly overwhelmed when we came down with car troubles to boot! Butch went out of his way to help us find the most affordable service and was able to treat us with kindness as if we were part of his own family. I'm honored to continue to be a customer with Delaney Honda!!!! More
Horrible, High Pressure Sales I was looking to purchase a Honda Fit and wanted to use the dealership in town. I saw the reviews online and thought, could they really be that bad? I was looking to purchase a Honda Fit and wanted to use the dealership in town. I saw the reviews online and thought, could they really be that bad? In fact, they were worse than my expectations. I spoke to a guy on the phone, and told him flat out I was not buying the car that day and didn't want any pressure. They flat out lied to me about the pricing (saying they would take a loss if they sold it $500 below invoice--yeah right. How do you stay in business?) I told them I didn't want to buy it that day. They kept insisting. I waited like 45 min, and then finally, they had a price for me that was $1000 over what typical people paid for the car. It was the worst high pressure sales, and it was really manipulative. I kept telling them I wasn't buying that day, and they kept trying to convince me I was. I walked out. After that, the harassing phone calls began. First it was the sales guy, then his manager, and then some other dude with yet another cooked up story about "best prices" for IUP folks. It was all a load of hooey to try to get me to buy a car at $1000 over the invoice/typical online price. No thank you. I really did want to buy a Honda fit, but after that experience, I decided I was never going to deal with Delaney again. So, I drove to Monroeville (an hour away) and instead purchased my car from Valley Honda, who were respectful, decent, and no-pressure. More
The worst experience I've ever had 2 months ago my husband and I were just starting to think about buying a new car after he had been off work for 6 months and decided to stop in and ju 2 months ago my husband and I were just starting to think about buying a new car after he had been off work for 6 months and decided to stop in and just look at a new Civic. The salesman talked us into taking it for a test drive and that's where things started to go very badly! The guy knew almost nothing about the car and couldn't answer half of the questions we had. As soon as we got back to the lot he asked us to go inside to exchange info for when/if we decided to buy from them. After going inside and telling him we had to go and would get back to him when we were ready, he goes and gets Ron! "What can we do to get you in this car today? What makes you think you're not ready to buy today? There are only 3 other cars like this on the east coast and we won't be getting another in! Why do you have to go, do you have kids at home?" These were just a FEW of the insane things he said to us! He kept going to talk with whoever about prices and payments after we told him we were not ready for this. We were there for 2 hours and by then I was so upset that I was ready to tell him where to go. My husband had lent even gotten his first pay check and we had explained that several times. I'll never step foot in that place again. As a matter of fact, we're buying the SAME Civic that we looked at there from Valley Honda in Monroeville this weekend. Funny, they had 2 EXACTLY the same on the lot! And our salesman found several others in the area!! They lie and manipulate and pressure you into buying a car from them. DONT DO IT! You'll be very sorry. More

They tried telling me a different price than the Internet price then told me two more prices in the process of dealing. Tried offering me way less than my car I was trading was worth after it took them an hour to appraise it. Then to top it off they told me that low interest rates on the car I was looking to buy weren't avaible. Called another dealership that day a found out that there were interest rates as low as 0.9 % available on the car I was looking at. The whole process took about 2 and 1/2 hours and wouldnt go back there again. Don't waste your time! More
Rip-off I wanted to deal on an end of the model year. I got a price on the internet for the one that was on the lot. I got an appointment and took my evening to go there. WASTE OF TIME! They lie more shamelessly than any dealer I have ever talked to. The car I wanted was already sold. But lucky me - they just got one in - a 2015 just off the truck. Imagine that with 2016s already arriving. But anyway I look at the sticker price - total vehicle price - around $25,000. Ok, I don't like it but I test drive it. Ok, not thrilled but I'll talk about the deal. I sit down at the desk and now the sticker price is $2400 more!!!!!! xxx!!!! How is end of the model year more than its sticker price?????????????? What a sham! Then I tell the salesperson that I am already approved for my loan - don't need Delaney getting into my financing. But he insists on calling to get the rates for me so I can drive this car home this evening. It's a .25 percent higher than the loan I'm already approved for with the same financial institution. So I was going to be ripped off on the price of an end of the year model and ripped off on my loan rate. I didn't need a middle man for my loan - I was already approved and ready to write the check when I returned, if I had brought this car. BEWARE of this dealer. Worst experience I have ever had. More
Don't trust the salesman for good information I was talking price with a salesman and was about to make the one hour trip. He told me the price and I agreed. I then said are you sure? She told us details that no other sales person ever told us about a car we were buying. And Bill Brown came and sat with us and answered any question we had.
