Buyer Beware ! - please review your paper work before signing when dealing with this company. We purchased our first and last vehicle with Delaney after dealing with Josh Fletcher. Our cursory impressions were that he was professional, calm, and seemingly knowledgable. Notwithstanding, we experienced many issues when we went to close our transaction - incorrect information on our contracts, incorrect pricing and terms (not what we agreed upon) and multiple mistakes that made us feel like we were dealing with a fast change artist. I cannot stress enough that regardless of whatever pandemic environment, do not allow the dealership to rush you out the door at closing of your loan as they are clearly not worried about the accuracy or completeness of your transaction. I have one complaint about the delivered vehicle. It was certainly not detailed for delivery as we have found misellanous things in compartments, seat backs, etc. including personal documents of the previous owner. More care and attention should be spent in doing so. Unfortunately, the dealership was quick to deny any culpibility and did nothing to make anything right for us. Our mistake which will not happen again and we hope this honest review will help you avoid what we experienced. Buyer Beware! More

High Pressure Sales is an understatement, they LIE like a politician (no offense to any real politicians, it was just a reference), they are the RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER TRIED TO GET A CAR FROM. The Used car salesman is a complete jerk, I mean, really he is a full on jerk and rude. The Finance man Art, is a liar, telling me that a 500 dollar deposit is a "Policy" when I asked to see it in writing, he just lied and pushed it on someone else. Bottom Line just don't go there. Awful experience As we were shortly getting a large sum of money we decided to start looking for a new car to purchase and Delaney was the first dealership we went to. We kept saying we were only looking to see what they had and that we would be paying cash when we were ready to purchase, we absolutely would not be getting a loan. They kept us there for hours promising a gift, which we never got. Made a big show of the “great deal” they were offering, which was almost $2,000 over the average for a comparable Civic that we were looking at. Offered us only $500 for our vehicle in trade that research said we should expect $1,500 for one in poor condition...I would say it was at least fair. They kept trying to get us to get a loan. Salesman lied about a couple of things, saying that the paperwork fee was money that the government got not the dealership and also stating that the eco button actually adjusts the engine to make it more efficient. I would say steer clear of them, there are some more reputable dealerships out there. We did buy a Honda Accord, just not from Delaney More

Plus they added $200 to the price quoted on the internet after I caught a 'mistake' of them charging me for leasing, which they knew I was there to buy not lease. Don't trust the internet sales manager, sales manager or used car director!! Note: I emailed the general manager of the place and he never responded...I'm shocked!!. I should have walked away. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else. They tried to cheat me twice. More
