I have only positives to say about Butch and the service team. Butch has always been super nice and he lets me know what is going on at all times. I really like dealing with Butch. Butch and the service team absolutely get 5 stars from me. My waiting experience is what bumped it down to 3 stars. Have always had great experiences at Delaney Honda. The only thing that I do not like is when you are waiting for your vehicle to be worked.....the salesmen come and talk with you. Saying hello is so nice, but it can get out of hand. That happened to me yesterday. Making small talk, I mentioned that in the future I was considering a new car....lease or purchase. That was completely my mistake. The salesman jumped on that. He kept pushing as to when I wanted to do this and I said I was not ready and I would let them know. He just kept going...offered to work up numbers, have people look at my car, and so on. He even said he would bring a car inside for me to look at so I would not have to go out in the cold. I kept repeating NO...I did not want that. Very uncomfortable with him sitting in waiting area.....so I just started to read my book. He left and then came back two more times and said that he would have the finance guys look at my vehicle to get a price and to see if there were any dents in my car. Again, I said NO!!!! He left again, and luckily my car was finished so I was able to leave. I had some errands to do, but by the time I got home about an hour later, this gentleman had called me.....left a message wanting me to make an appointment to go in to talk to him. REALLY??? That bothers me!!!!! When I said NO numerous times, that is what I meant. I did not like the pushiness! I have never had that happen to me at Delaney Honda and I do not ever want that to happen to me again. More
