My CRV was recalled for a defect in the power window switch. Butch explained the maintenance to be performed and advised us how much time it would take to replace. They always get me in ASAP!! My car started up @ 515 after sitting since 745am, stopped for gas 5 mins later & it was dead. Had to jump it it again this AM @730. Called service @815, return call @ 825 a after sitting since 745am, stopped for gas 5 mins later & it was dead. Had to jump it it again this AM @730. Called service @815, return call @ 825 and they got me in by 930, I live 45-1hr away and had to first get my son to school @830 and it was taken of immediately and I was headed back to work by 1015. Couldn’t ask for better service as always!! More
