Had coffee good, they have an inside the building drop off area which is nice on rainy days like the last time I had service work done on my car. It took almost 2 hrs. for a tire rotation and oil change which I thought was taking too much time. Try providing some extra services like vacuuming out our vehicles and when the weather allows a quick trip through a car wash would really set your service dept. above others and not cost too much money. At least give the option of paying a few dollars more for a car wash when we first get checked in and don't take too much extra time for the car wash. My only complaint is my wife and I both have purchased a RAV 4 from Del Toyota, mine 2018 and hers 2019 and we both get an email from the other person's vehicle for service which is confusing. The email just says your RAV 4 needs service. The manager can't seem to get this problem straightened out since we mentioned this problem about 5 times with no avail. They also never change the mileage screen back to what it was when we first brought to car in. I like to see what mileage I get as it calculates when I am driving instead of an arrow pointing to the direction I am heading. I already h ave a direction signal . More
