Not pleased w service manager’s ability to manage issues. Didn’t return phone calls and blew off issue as miscommunication. Service writer blamed tech for wrong tire being put on my vehicle and there was just no accountability at this location whatsoever. That may very well be the case, but your location as a whole needs to work together to give the customer a good overall experience and not point fingers at one another. The manager said the service writer did tell him about the issue but it must be have been “out of sight, out of mind.” After call with manager, correct tire STILL was not ordered. It took two weeks for the correct tire to be put on my vehicle. There seems to be room for improvement on managing customer issues and accountability within this department for sure! More
