I was left to wait hours for a 15-20 minutes estimate to find out what was wrong with my car. I was never called to let me know when my car was done. I had left it and got a ride home. I was never picked up as arranged, to go back and get it. I had to follow back up with the service center multiple times because they dropped the ball repeatedly. Then I was given a huge bill for a part that failed and was covered under warranty, because of other parts affected by the failure. I was very upset and frustrated by the entire experience. Also, I had given them MY contact info several times and they still were not reaching me. Unacceptable. More

Customer service and making sure they are reliable - 200% when caring for my car is what I expect. I am second generation buyer at this dealership and they have been selling Toyota’s to us for 40 years and s when caring for my car is what I expect. We spend at least an hour waiting while the car gets serviced. You should use the time to connect with customers talking about new cars or show them around. You have a good line up of cars.
