It’s easy to get an appointment at Del by using the online calendar. Shawn, my service rep, did everything he could to have my car repaired and ready for me as I waited. I went to 3 different places and they all laughed at me or told me it would be over $4000... Went to you guys and got a rental on you and they fixed my car all for under $3000... Shawn set my appointment for tires and alignment, and I was told to call the day before to confirm. Called Del, (twice, hours apart), left a message, received no response to my messages. Showed up Friday was told to call the day before to confirm. Called Del, (twice, hours apart), left a message, received no response to my messages. Showed up Friday morning for the service, 15% off coupon in hand, but no tires. Rescheduled for Tuesday. Showed up, work was completed, but I had forgotten my coupon for 15% off. I was told the service manager said they don't send out coupons for 15% off tires, they will not honor unless I bring it in. Came back a third time with coupon that had the managers name right on it. If they don't send those out, how did I get it? If they rarely send them out, why would the manager NOT know when one is sent out? I did get the discount, but three trips to Del for bad service. More

I bring my truck to Brett Murphy at Del. He’s the best. Always fixes whatever isn’t running right. When I’m running things that aren’t running right, he makes sure they run good. No rubbing. No CMC.
