Repair of driver seat and scheduled service Sent car in for service and to repair my driver seat. Driver seat side lumbar i believe it is called was piercing my right side ribs and lower middle Sent car in for service and to repair my driver seat. Driver seat side lumbar i believe it is called was piercing my right side ribs and lower middle lumbar was grinding at stops / moves etc. yes the lumbar worked but felt as if it was not set right creating grinding noises My service went well and no issues there. However, my driver seat was not repaired correctly. First noticed broken casing around control panel which was clearly in eyes view. How could one (service tech) release a vehicle knowing they broke the casing? No quality service check. Did they think the owner would not question that? Reported that info to intake and manager both seemed to brush off as if it’s designed that way. After reviewing the passenger side showing no gaps and noting that the casing just does not pop off with no effort it was realized then it’s broken I asked for pictures of new frame for seat - never happened I asked to see the replaced seat - never happened Not sure but I felt as if they were hiding something or even worse didn’t replace the damaged seat. I called service again after taking possession of my car just a few days after to notify them there is still an issue. I was told to drop off so they can review again with service tech. If it’s the same tech who thought they could get away with sending out a damaged casing which was NOT before sending it it - no thank you. I would prefer a new qualified tech that’s been trained on seats. That said, I do not have time to waste nor do I have the flexibility to release my car since I use it for work. I was also told by Manager/Intake Toyota will not cover the seat since it’s been repaired once and I use repaired loosely because it’s NOT. If I have to drop my car if for several more days. Having wasted days to several to service for what I would consider as low quality and unprofessional work by a service tech. I would need a loaner. Intake Jack has been the savior of this whole deal, without him I would not know where to go. If I could give him stars alone he would have 5! Please advise on my next steps. More

Waited 3 hours for brake pads to be installed I usually have a great experience with the Dell Toyota service department. This last visit I was there for over 3 hours to have brake pads installed..
