Service for new tires I had my car inspection 6-7 weeks prior to this appointment . I was told I would need tires. I was only there for tires and waited 90 min before they I had my car inspection 6-7 weeks prior to this appointment . I was told I would need tires. I was only there for tires and waited 90 min before they came out to tell me what was available. Then they also mentioned that i would be needing front and rear breaks. I had inquired about the state of my breaks at my inspection 6 weeks earlier and they stated it was not needed. I was very angry about this. 6 weeks earlier they were fine, now I needed both front and rear brakes. All in all I was there 3 hours to get 4 new tires. It was ridiculous. I have been coming to this dealership for service for 14 years, this was the worst visit there in all this time. I also disliked the attitude of the service writer, and will be asking for a different one going forward. More
It was good until my battery died two days later I had work done but they also said they did a multi point check on several other area one bring the battery.
