Unacceptable condition when returned When my car was returned to me, the entire glove compartment was hanging off with all wires under it exposed. All of my personal belongings was all ov When my car was returned to me, the entire glove compartment was hanging off with all wires under it exposed. All of my personal belongings was all over the floor. I am missing small personal items. When I brought this to the attention of the person brought me my car, he went to get service rep. He came out to visually see and called a techician to fix while my children and I told next to the car. The tech replaced the glove compartment, threw my belongings back into it and smashed my paperwork in the lock after slamming it shut. I am very disappointed that they felt it was acceptable to return my vehicle back to me in that condition. More

I appreciate the fact that the whole process was fairly quick but not rushed, didn’t need do the back and forth, and my salesmen followed up with me the next day (because we always have those “what is this, how does that work questions).
