Good Pricing and Internet Consultations Dealer had the exact car I wanted and although they were 3+ hrs. away decided to pursue the purchase. I communicated with Erin Bauer who was very responsive and helpful answering all my queries. She did make a mistake on quoting me a monthly payment but she was very accommodating. Upon arrival, I was informed by our salesman, Ben Lopez, another mistake had been made and the deal that we had make electronically prior to me arriving included in error on their part. He apologized but they would not honor the pricing. Ben made a remark that they "would have no problem selling it" as to refer to a oh well on their part. At no point did the GM come out and apologize or try to make the deal right. So I ending up paying another ~$30 per month for 4 years because of their error. I could have made this a bigger issue as I had the price and terms in writing but I chose the friendly approach to the situation. I also had applied for a $25 test drive gift card and was told that was no longer valid. I showed Ben the offer and they then agreed to reduce the car by $25.. Not sure why the pettiness on their part after sticking me to a higher payment because of their error. There was also a problem with how PA titles cars for out of state resiendts and that was also annoying but we worked a solution. The whole experience also took ore time that required and with a 3+ hr. ride home I wish they could have been faster. I do love the car and am glad Del Toyota had it in stock. I hope they learn from this review and improve their customer interaction. More

Out of State Registration Pitfalls This dealer experienced considerable delay --- 3. 5 hours --- to process an out of state vehicle registration. If I had been told beforehand to bring a piece of mail with my address on it or confirmation from the DMV, I would have as I did say I was registering the vehicle in Virginia the week prior. Ken Tran looked at my credit card numbers before handing the credit card back to me, which made me uncomfortable. We had to call the out of state DMV since my identification information --- licenses and permits --- were determined insufficient for proving address. The manager said the paperwork would go through but then asked us to call the DMV anyway which seemed unnecessary at the time for the vehicle. Angel did a good, thorough job explaining the vehicle. Monica was helpful but burdened by the unnecessary paperwork hoops management created. More
