They lied to me I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on 1/29/19. It came with a temp tag that expired in 15 days. The salesman said they would mail me the I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on 1/29/19. It came with a temp tag that expired in 15 days. The salesman said they would mail me the title after they received my financing check and it cleared. Well they got the check and it cleared so they promised me last week that they would overnight me the title and my personal check that I wrote. Never received either. We contacted them and they assured us that they would overnight us another temp tag since they still haven't received the title from a different one of their dealerships. Have yet to receive that too. So I bought a $21,000 vehicle that I cannot legally drive (with no title, bill of sale, and an expired temp tag). No excuse for this type of service. More

My grand-daughter recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Iowa City after her car was in an accident and My grand-daughter recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Iowa City after her car was in an accident and not repairable. We went looking for a car right away. The extremely friendly salesperson Alan Baker was great to work with. He showed us a 2012 Kia Sorento and explained ever feature about the vehicle. We took the car home on a Saturday and were to return with it on the following Monday to finish the purchase. We had a concern with a very small oil leak. We left the car and Mr. Baker assured us that he would get with the service department and get it fixed. He called back the next day and said that they would need to order parts to repair it correctly and there would be no additional charges added on to the selling price. My grand-daughter saved up her money and works 2 jobs and needed a vehicle right away. Mr. Baker and the dealership offered her a very nice loaner car. Alan kept in touch and we completed the purchase. My grand-daughter and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the dealership and how they stand by the cars they sell. Thanks to Alan Baker and the owner of this dealership for being honest and making her first "NICE" car purchase.......... special.
