Deery Chrysler can suck an egg Al Baker was condescending, impossible to get ahold of, dismissive of my time and questions, impatient, and not knowledgable about the vehicle I came Al Baker was condescending, impossible to get ahold of, dismissive of my time and questions, impatient, and not knowledgable about the vehicle I came to purchase. He made no effort to ask why I was even shopping in the first place, did not return any of my calls, had no follow up on repairs being made to the veh, and when by miracle I did get him in the phone promptly informed me he was with a customer and never called me back except to ask for return of the loaner veh. Alex the mechanic was kind and willing to keep me up to date on repair timelines and parts shipments, give him a raise bc without him I wouldn't have ever had my veh. Laith was outstanding and defrosted my veh on one if the worst ice storm days so I could FINALLY drive it home, and actually spoke to me like a human which had previously been my BARE MINIMUM expectation until Deery Chrysler proved me wrong. I wish Laith had been my salesman, he deserves the commission for actually providing me the service I was denied by Al and every person who told me that it wasn't their job to help me every time I walked in that building. Suck. AN. Egg. I needed that xxxx car to care for a family member I have since lost and keep my job (I was unexpectedly without a car) and no one gave a rat's xxx except to ask for the loaner car back before finishing repairs on my purchase. In addition, all of their estimates were extremely high so I had the work done at a different, local service center. More
