Every time I used this dealer I am never satisfied with the service. I don’t feel they provide me with all information necessary to service my car. The cashier area looks like you are going to paid for a taco. The interaction with the register is very basic and the ambiance look dirty and old. I still don’t understand why this dealer is still part of Volkswagen. More
