I will be driving out of my way to avoid this location when I need service work done on my Volkswagen. These guys have absolutely zero understanding of what customer service is. They don’t understand how when I need service work done on my Volkswagen. These guys have absolutely zero understanding of what customer service is. They don’t understand how to provide quality communication over the phone whether it’s a phone call or text. They don’t know how to greet a customer. They also don’t know how to give a final price of what the service cost. They overcharge you and that’s expected of a natural dealership, but they don’t give you any sense of security that they care about you. It’s very clear that the manager there is not training the team to be customer oriented at all. I absolutely would recommend everybody to not go to this particular dealership for service. Absolutely letdown . More
