I enjoyed working with Rick Cody. He was very helpful and didn't push me a bit. He was very fair to deal with. I think he does a wonderful job dealing with people over the internet. A friend recommended the Subaru family of cars, saying they were super reliable, and that All Wheel Drive was standard, a plus for Mid-west winters. I started looking into Subaru's and found the Legacy model was to my liking. I looked all around, and sadly the closest i could find was within my price range, but in Chicago. Then a few days after i decided i might look for something else, i found an 09 Legacy in the Dean Team inventory. The color was nice, so i e-mailed them. After that Meg was very response and nice. She always sent a friendly e-mail, and responded most days before i could even get back to check my e-mail. Not having to wait days like i had with other places was nice. They made the purchase as smooth as possible. I was hesitant to the idea of getting a car that was in a city 2 hours away, but it ended up working out perfectly. I got there, and within an hour they had me out the door in my new Subaru. Justin and Meg were a real pleasure to work with. I can definitely say i will recommend them to anyone that asks, and hopefully in the future be getting a new car from them as well. More
