Your customer has been using my email address as his for a long time now. I have been chasing after him for a long time now, trying to get him to stop. I see his reviews, his correspondence, his personal emails, and his private account details. Please inform your customer that b.grogan@gmail.com (and his other popular wrong email bgrogan@gmail.com) is not his email address, and that though this is the first time I have ever done this, I could have done this numerous times before. I'll delete the review now, and he can add the original back. Hopefully from his actual email address.
