He treated me with respect, answered every last question I had about the car, and for the questions he didn't know the answer to, he directed me to someone who knew the answer. When I was getting some after-market work done to my vehicle after purchasing James had made sure to keep me in the loop as well. 10/10, would purchase another car through James. More

I was able to purchase the new VW GTI (with the options and color I wanted) that another local dealer had physically sitting on their lot as Richard found the car online and dealer traded it for me on the spot with one of his. The irony being I had actually visited that other dealer and asked them to call me when a new GTI came in (in any color or options) for me to test drive and consequently buy and never got contacted. Treated Us Like Family! Let me just open by saying we have never bought a Subaru before so we didn't have any kind of expectations. We just saw that the Subaru Forester won the Motor Trend SUV of the Year award so we were curious and wanted to test drive it. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised. What a great vehicle. We went ahead and purchased the XT model which is turbo charged. I can tell you that this car makes you smile and feels great on the road. The people at Dean Team Subaru were great, especially our salesmen, James Becker. He has a passion for Subaru vehicles and is very knowledgable. He went WAY above the call of duty because they didn't have the exact vehicle we ordered so they had to go get one in Springfield, MO. Much to my surprise, it showed up the next day which was amazing. I would recommend Dean Team Subaru for anyone in the market for a Subaru. Like I said, they will treat you like family. Thanks James!
