Adam treated us like friends and showed us how to utilize all the awesome features the crosstrek has to offer. And when we were in love with the car but didn't think we could afford it, Adam and Tony worked with the numbers until we were all happy. Don't go anywhere else! This is my second VW purchase from Dean Team. The lease on my Jetta is up in August and I thought why not get a new car now while there are great deal This is my second VW purchase from Dean Team. The lease on my Jetta is up in August and I thought why not get a new car now while there are great deals. Rich, Scott and Rick all worked really hard to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. No haggle, no hassle, all happy. What I liked best was not only are they easy to deal with, most dealerships put you in "the box" and there's a lot of stress, back and forth super secret 'checking with the manager' biz, but not here. Rich and Scott sat down with us, wrote everything out and talked with us, not at us about how we could come to an agreement. The longest part was dealing with the finance which really was no fault on their part ( I have dual state residencies). Even then Rick was out talking to us and updating us on the situation as it went along. There was no covert operation...everything was upfront. I will definitely go back to Dean Team for a VW and 1000% recommend it to anyone looking for a great vehicle and no headache! PS: My Passat got 35 MPG driving back east!! Almost 500 miles on 3/4 tank. Made it all the way from Ohio to DC on a half! More
