We needed to quickly replace a 2005 Dodge Caravan which was having problems, My wife and I had a very good experience at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen. We needed to quickly replace a 2005 Dodge Caravan which was having problems, and which I was unwilling to dump any more money into (I am done with Dodge). We had decided to go with a Honda CR V, and through Craigs List found a nice low mileage 2012 at Dean Team. We ended up buying an even nicer low mileage 2011 from them. Wes Gallegos our salesman was excellent. He answered all of my questions on the phone about the 2012. He assessed our needs and had the 2011 along side the 2012 for comparison when we arrived. He was no pressure, very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Dustin Westhoff was also an excellent finance manager who was fiendly and easy to work with. He found us a great interest rate, and got us through all of the paperwork with relative ease. Checking Cargurus, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue Book, I found that they had the 2011 CR V priced just right for market value, and I was given what I should have fairly recieved for my Caravan based on the needed work. The 2011 CR V was accompanied by a CARFAX, and in such excellent shape in every way that I was extraordinarily happy with the deal. I generally look for a dealer who prices things fairly instead of cutting prices to the bone. When prices are cut too deeply on wonders how the money is being made up behind the scenes, and what kind of service will be received after the sale. I think that this dealer has a good business model. My opinion is give them a shot. More

We set out to buy a used small SUV and ended buying a brand new Outback that my wife affectionately calls "Jack-Jack." The cargo room, all-wheel drive, and features on the Outback impressed us, and the price of a new vehicle was close enough to that of a used that we opted to go that route. Tony guided us through the whole process and was very helpful. He'll work to sell you on something if you need a little push, but ultimately he wanted to make sure we ended up with the right vehicle for us. I definitely feel that Tony treated us fairly and spoke honestly to us throughout the process. If you need a new vehicle I recommend paying Tony Wright a visit at Dean Team Subaru. More

Not only did Jason Moore provide what we needed to make the best decision, everyone at the dealership seemed overall positive and willing to do what was needed to earn our business. The car manager Scott Roberts, (comedian in a previous life ) took the time to show us some really excellent features of the car and further went over all the features with my son while waiting for paperwork to be completed.
