Then I called Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen and, although they were also completely booked, they "didn't want to leave us in trouble in the middle of a long distance trip." MARK and JEFF squeezed us in, fixed the problem (which turned out to be a recall) AND also fixed another recall airbag issue. THEY ARE TERRIFIC in our book! Very thoughtful and caring despite their busy schedule. We highly recommend this dealership. I went to Dean Team to look at a VW Jetta and when we went back it was sold. The salesman Neil Smith switched us to another vehicle although used was in great shape. I had them repair a few flaws with it and I kept hearing the same noise, Jeff in Service Department took the car for almost a week until they finally had to send it out to the appropriate dealership. It took almost a week and two visits but theyt were determined to make the car right. Needless to say they gave me a 2011 Hyundi Sonata to drive until they got it fixed. A great TEAM and superb Service Ceneter and many Kudo's to both of them. More
