He was very enthusiastic and spent a long time with me. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me several vehicles that might be a good fit. He was very knowledgeable and gave great comparisons on the different vehicles. Most of all Jim was very sincere about putting me in the right vehicle and made me very comfortable, which has not been my experience when buying a used car in the past. He also made the purchase process a pleasant experience with no pressure. I would recommend Jim and the Dean Team. More

Our sale representative Jason Moore went out of his way to help us get the car we wanted even coming in on his day off. Jason kept us updated on cars available that fit the style and price we wanted until we found the right car for us. Jason was always accessible no matter how we contacted him rather it was by phone or email to answer any question. Phillip Dean as always was great and went out of his way to see us every time we came in to see if there was anything we needed. Dustin Westoff made the financing process easy. Dustin took time to explain all the paperwork before we signed them. The process of purchasing a new car can be stressful, but Jason, Phillip and Dustin made it as easy as it can get and again we were very satisfied with our car buying experience. More

Had never heard of this dealership, But it was "THE" car I had been searching for. I called them up, Wes Gallegos answered all and any of my questions, from the specs to the financing questions. No hassels, just got the answers I needed. I made an offer and they accepted it, since I live in Tennessee they even arranged airfare and picked me up. Wes Gallegos worked hard and got me the price, the interest rate, everything I was looking for and more. Wes even called to check on my trip back home, Now that's customer service! I received a lot of emails about the services the dealership provides and how to schedule them. John was very patient. He answered all of my questions in details before I purchased the car and gave me a fair price. I am very satisfied with the purchasing experience. After I purchased the car, he also checked up on me to make sure that everything is good. I stopped by the dealership recently to have a free double check on my car. Dean Team has a very good service team. Dustin was also very patient and friendly. Everything I've experienced so far gives me the impression that the dealership really cares about their customers and aspires to provide satisfying service. I'd recommend Dean Team to everyone who's looking for a car. More

Thank goodness we found Jason Moore After being pressured and hassled by other dealers we were getting discouraged with our search for a new vehicle. Thank goodness we found Jason Moore at the dean team- or more like he found us! I sent an email request about a vehicle to him via email and had a response within an hour. No pressure very straight forward and easy going, he listened to what we needed to do and made it happen with no haggling! It was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive and if we ever need to purchase another vehicle we will definitely be back! More
