I leased a car from the Dean Team 6 years from Wes. He was fantastic, helpful and did not pressure us. A few years later Wes left to work elsewhere. My wife and I were so disappointed. About a month ago I ran into Wes on the lot while getting my 6 year old Subaru serviced (which I had purchased after the lease was up.) I was elated that Wes was back. I told him I would be in the market for a new Subaru before the end of the summer. We talked and I sent him a list of my "must have" options and "would like" options. Wes found about 3 or 4 2012 vehicles around the country that matched what I was looking for. My wife and I came and sat down with Wes and in short order, received a fair price for our trade-in and purchased a new Subaru with everything we were wanted on it from across country. Wes took care of all the paper work and had the vehicle transported in for us. I highly recommend Wes to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Wes will work with you without putting any pressure on you. I would also like to thank Rick Richards in finance for helping us get such a great loan. He was able to get us a lower interest loan than I was able to get through my own credit union. Thanks you Wes and Rick!!! More
We came to Dean Team specically to purchase a new car. We had two older cars to trade in, we knew what we wanted, and we just had to work out the level of affordability of a new Jetta. Our salesman was very helpful and worked with us to try and find exactly what we could afford. No pressure and very friendly, Adam even showed us the other models, which we did not realize were so advanced.We've had German cars in the past:VW Beetles,Jetta,Audi,and one of my trade-ins was a BMW.But we really felt that a new Jetta was a good buy.We are enjoying this Jetta very much, and if we ever want another vehicle, we are considering another VW. After the purchase was over (Not such a great expreience) with Rick Cody. Jeff Wahby was friendly, and handled all my issues in a timely fashion. While waiting Dave from internet department came over and gave me a few key chains, a few things for my dog which was very nice. Once my car was ready Jeff informed me that I was set and have a safe trip back to Florida. My service experience was great thanks to Jeff. I just wish my sales experience (should have been the same) as I informed Mr.Cody of why I was in Missouri due to the passing of My loving Aunt and need to get back home as soon as possible. We agreed on a vehicle on a Saturday and should have been able to pick up my new car with the parts I ordered (in which I was informed would be overnighted not once but twice by Mr.Cody as well as my window tint would be completed on Monday as well as my invisible bra. Well I showed up Monday to speak with Mr.Cody and he said " I got it". Well finally my boss called and informed me that if I was not back on Monday I would not have a job. It took over a week to get my parts and the car was never cleaned. I even informed Mr. Cody I was in the Automotive Dealership business and provided Mr.Cody with all current information on my first visit. He should have had everything resolved and followed up on all concerns to have the car ready on Tuesday and not make excuses for not getting these concerns handled in a timely manner. I still never even got my key chain which I was informed would be overnighted. Mr.Cody also informed me my brand new trade would be paid on Monday the 18th at the lastest and that never even happen (which might impact my credit score). It was very hard to come to lay my loving Aunt to rest and then have to attend to the lack of Mr.Cody making promises in which never were delivered upon. A true lack of respect on his part. Mr.Cody even got my trade loan provider wrong and the finace manager called me and wanted me to pay $900 do to Mr.Cody`s lack of getting the correct information (in which I provided) the first day I was there. I guess he figured I was out of state and would never see me again. Very poor sales experience. More

I took my soon to be college graduate daughter out for a first look at cars, with the plan just to get ideas. We pulled into the Dean Team Subaru and Paul greeted us. We explained we were just getting started on the process, and had only a vague idea of what we (specifically my daughter) were looking for. To make a long story short, Paul very patiently drew my daughter out on what would suit her in a car (her first buying experience). No pressure, just looking for what fit. We ended up zeroing in on a 3 year old Mazda that was on the lot and took it for a spin. Again, no pressure, just a conversation on whether it was a good fit for her needs. She decided that it was. The price was very fair, and Paul was then patient and responsive to me as I worked with him to close the deal. A very good experience, including his responsiveness a week later to help me with registration back in our home state. More
