Great Experience I came to Dean Team after having a bad experience earlier in the day at another dealership. I left that dealership without a car and even called another before calling Dean Team. No one wanted to discuss things on the phone. When I called DT Richard answered all of my questions, was very kind and understanding on the phone. He even offered to get the ball rolling by getting as much of my info over the phone as he could and checking to make sure I could afford what I wanted. He was quick to get back to me yet didn't pressure me into coming in immediately. Later that evening I came in to look at what he found me, needless to say, my eyes were a bit bigger than my budget and he was more than understanding and helped me find something I loved just as much. Scott was quick with my financing and very friendly, he understood what I meant when I told him I couldn't go past a certain payment amount (a lot of times this is not the case) and somehow Richard and Scott got me into that car in less than 2 hours--HUGE difference compared to the fact that I spent ALL day at the other dealership. These guys are FANTASTIC. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was inconveincing anyone even though I came in very close to close, and I actually ended up taking Richard's demo car that he was driving---thank you! You guys have restored my faith in the car leasing process. More

We were recommended to the Dean team by one of my husband's church members who told us that James Becker worked at the Dean Team and they had AWD cars. We went to the dealership and James was busy with a customer so Mark McNulty stepped in and helped us. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. That was very impressive because I have to admit I don't know a whole lot about cars. He took the time out to explain everything to me which I very much appreciated. I have only had my Imprezza for a couple of days but I love it so far. It drives very smoothly.
