Did the right thing! My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean c My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean called Volkswagen Inc. about the defect and Volkswagen agreed to cover the problem 100% which required the door be replaced and painted. Expected repair time was 3 weeks and Phillip loaned us a car to use during the repair. Volkswagen Inc. had trouble getting the parts and 3 weeks was going to 6 weeks or longer. This really was a special case and I do not think every case would be done the same but Phillip allowed us to trade the car at no loss for another car. We still chose a Volkswagen but a newer model and paid the difference. Phillip did this because it was the right thing to do in this special case. More

He was very patient with me while thinking about the whole process I never once felt pressured or misled the whole time making my decision. He is very professional and has great communication skills. I have been to dealerships where the communication between the salesman and myself was not good and I never once felt like this with Scott. I will definitely go back to Dean Team Ballwin to purchase another vehicle when I am ready, and dealing with Scott made me feel this way. Lets just say, "he made a painful process for me ... not so bad after all. Thank you Scott!!!! Your assistance is appreciated and I will refer my family and friends to you.!!!
